For almost forty years VALFOR Srl of Fornovo di Taro, in the province of Parma, has been dedicating its activity to the food industry, with particular specialization for the canning, designing and developing machinery dedicated to pulp extraction, to the production of puree of fruit and vegetables, to the dosage and filling of food products inside the containers.

Fruit and vegetable shredding
From shredding to pulp extraction, up to dosing and packaging, the canning industry requires a very large number of machines. VALFOR, based in the province of Parma, can supply any system, guaranteeing high quality and technological efficiency.
The structure of the machines for shredding and dosing are robust and with integrated safety systems that ensure maximum operator protection. The shredding of the product takes place through pre-cut knives and counter-knives integrated in the plant and installed on a rotating disk.
Dosage of preserves and liquids
VALFOR branded dosers are designed for dosing liquids and preserves, including jams, sauces, fruit pieces, jams, creams, and patés in diverse containers of various sizes, such as:
jars /metal boxes /tubes /bottles and glass bottles /trays /envelopes and bags.
